Avo Dominant 13th

The successful AVO brand has launched a musical cigar composition: "The Dominant 13th" is the name of the new Limited Edition 2013, which was created by the passionate jazz musician and cigar connoisseur, Avo Uvezian. It has complex and promising characteristics, just like its namesake - The Dominant 13th chord. The innovative, succinct tobacco creation, in the popular and impressive Toro format, gleams in a deep brown wrapper from Ecuador.

Roma Craft Tobac

RoMa Craft Tobac isn’t a name many will recognize, at least not yet. A small cigar manufacturer based out of Esteli, Nicaragua in their factory, Nica Sueno, RoMa Craft has created a lot of buzz, some great cigars, and is building a great reputation for a cigar company still in its infancy. They currently produce 4 blends out of their small factory, Cromagnon and Cromagnon Aquitaine as well as Intemperance BA and Intemperance EC. Each line provides vast differences in flavor though they share more then just a name; the Cromagnon lines share the same filler and binder between the 2, switching only the wrapper. The Intemperance line does the same, a simple wrapper difference that creates a completely different smoking experience. One thing is for sure about RoMa Craft Tobac, they are growing and growing fast. In 2012 they produced 126,000 cigars out of their Nica Sueno factory and this year are projecting to more then double that number to 275,000 cigars made.

Nestor Miranda 70th LE

For Nestor Miranda’s 70th birthday on Valentine’s Day 2/14/13 the
most interesting man in the cigar business released a commemorative
cigar for this historic milestone in his life.

The “Nestor Miranda 70th LE” has been released as a
lancero cigar from the two factories that Nestor has had a tremendous
relationship with over the years. The boxes of 12 cigars feature 6 from the My
Father Factory in Nicaragua and 6 from La Aurora in the Dominican Republic.

The cigars from Esteli, feature a dark Habano wrapper over Nicaraguan
fillers while its counterpart from Santiago feature a Mexican San Andreas. Both
cigars are Medium to Full and showcase the best from both regions.

The cigars are packaged in a keepsake box that resembles a car Nestor has
always admired. The body of the car lifts off the frame revealing three rows of
4 cigars in the chassis of the classic automobile. Only 1,000 individually
numbered boxes will be made, with 700 being released initially. The remaining
300 will remain in the humidor at Miami Cigar & Company to be released at a
later date.
